By intentionally engaging with your breath, you can reduce stress, enhance focus, and find emotional balance.
These monthly classes allow you to explore your own unique breath in a safe, supportive environment whilst experiencing the collective energy of breathing in a group. Each class follows a similar format, guiding you through your central nervous system where you will learn techniques for daily control.
Expect to leave the class feeling completely revived; conscious breathing can profoundly reset your nervous system leaving you empowered. No experience is necessary, but attending the Breathwork Workshop is recommended to fully understand the physiological benefits.

Instructions
Please ensure you arrive on an empty stomach, as the styles of Breathwork we will be practicing are most effective when undertaken at least 2 to 3 hours after eating.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the class but with enough time to get yourself set up. The studio is fully equipped but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat as well as any other creature comforts you might like - your favourite blanket, bolster and an eye mask might be really nice, you will likely be lying down for the majority of the class.

What to wear: Please wear comfortable, warm and loose fitting clothing that doesn't restrict your breathing in any way. We even welcome pyjamas!​
